Had a super good time and delicious food. Huge thanks to Lee, she was a great server and recommended some delicious mushrooms after she learned that I'm a mushroom fan (she recommended the enoki mushrooms and I loved them). I also loved the short ribs and the bian bian noodles.

Superhot Hot Pot hits the spot on those cold days! AYCE Hot Pot & Kbbq - you don't have to choose between hotpot or kbbq! PRO: - AYCE Hot Pot & Kbbq for the same price - Great broth choices - Tons of things you can choose from the menu - Handmade noodles - Terrific condiment area - Excellent servers CON: - KBBQ grill not great, doesn't taste the same as stand alone KBBQ - Cost has soared to $40 per person SUMMARY: Though the cost is a lot, you get a lot. It's a great social spot with friends while you are hands on with your food.

I went here 2 times for dinner with my friend. We arrived 10 minutes before their opening time of 5 PM and there is already a queue. Once they opened, we were seated quickly. Each person has their own hot pot while the grill is shared. There is a self-serve sauce and side dishes bar. Food was delicious with many options for meat, veggies and appetizers. They also have complementary dessert as well. The highlight of this restaurant is the exceptional customer services. I never been to a Korean BBQ restaurant where the servers are constantly check in with the guests to make sure all their needs are met. They automatically change the grill, refill the soup base, clean up the empty dishes, and always ask of we need to order more.

The food is good but unfortunately some of the staff will either try to avoid helping you or are outright rude to you. Also some areas of the floor can get slippery and you can very easily fall if you’re not careful. Rather go to Seapot for the better customer service and the self service seafood conveyor belt.
